Now is a time where everyone is experiencing different types of emotions. Choosing Happiness is the best way to stay positive during these times, and I know it can be hard. This has probably been the hardest part for me during quarantine because everyone is on such a different level of how they feel “safe”. For example, trying to be understanding of why one friend might not feel comfortable coming into your home, but they feel comfortable doing other things that I might not consider “safe”. Instead of jumping to assumptions and feeling “frustrated” with friends/family, being patient and taking the time to be kind about their opinions has been really helpful.
